We aim to make the Knights of Jerusalem Festival website usable by as many visitors as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Website accessibility
Accessibility work is being carried out with reference to Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG principles. We do not claim full certified conformance until a complete manual accessibility audit has been completed.
- Main navigation, links, buttons and galleries can be used with a keyboard; Escape closes the menu and image-viewer dialog.
- Pages use semantic landmarks, a consistent heading structure and a skip link to the main content.
- Meaningful images are provided with alternative text, while decorative images are excluded from screen-reader output.
- The site is designed for desktop and mobile use, including right-to-left Hebrew pages.
- Decorative motion and transitions are reduced when the operating system requests reduced motion.
Known limitations
The site continues to evolve, and some older material or third-party services may still have accessibility limitations. If you encounter a problem, please contact us.
Festival venue accessibility
Physical accessibility arrangements may vary by event and by the facilities available at Ein Yael. For current information about accessible parking, routes, toilets or other assistance, please contact the organizers in advance.
