This policy explains what data may be processed when you use the Knights of Jerusalem Festival website, why it is used, and which external services may be involved.
Technical data
When the website is opened, the server and hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as the IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser and operating system type, and referring page. This data is used to operate the website, diagnose errors, maintain security, and produce technical statistics.
Analytics and advertising tools
If Google Analytics 4 and/or Meta Pixel are enabled on the website, they are loaded only after you allow analytics in the privacy settings panel. These services may use cookies or other storage technologies and may transmit technical information to their providers. If you choose “Necessary only”, these analytics tools are not loaded.
Local storage of your choice
The website stores your analytics choice in your browser's localStorage so that it does not need to ask on every page view. You can change this choice using the “Privacy settings” link in the footer.
Maps and external services
The Google map on the directions page is loaded only after you press the “Load map” button. The YouTube player on the Home page is also loaded only after you explicitly press Play; until then, the website displays a local poster and does not load the YouTube player. When the YouTube player is loaded, or when you follow links to Google Maps, Waze, Facebook, Instagram, the ticket provider, or other external websites, further data processing is governed by those services' own policies.
Ticket purchases
If tickets are purchased through an external ticket provider, payment and order data are processed by that provider. This website does not receive bank-card data through such an external payment page.
Contacting the organizers
If you contact the organizers by phone or email, the contact details and message content you provide may be used to respond to your request and handle matters related to it.
Questions about personal data
For questions about personal data provided directly to the festival organizers, you may use the contact details below. Requests are handled subject to applicable Israeli law and the organizers' actual ability to act as controller of the relevant information.
